I am not making this up. Jacques Bughin, Michael Chui, and James Manyika at McKinsey published 8 of these 3 years ago. Last year, they added 2 more (9 and 10). It is such a well thought out article, that it is used in college courses as recommended reading. In summary the ten trends are
